All data is produced in alignment with GDPR .

Personal information is required as part of the lawful basis of contract for commencing client work. Client records are stored in hard copy format, in a secure location, for a period of six years. To enable me to complete my duties, i will contact you via e-mail, text message or telephone call. I take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the services you have requested from me though I will occasionally, following your opt-in, contact you to highlight services or offers I provide. At any time you can choose not to have such information by emailing me at the address below.

No data will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All information is confidential and the only time information will be shared with a third party is by written request of you, the client, or if required to do so by law.

At any time you have the right to remove consent in which case all information will be removed. You have the right to have personal information removed at any time, though there are specific instances where this may be refused. Where you have requested information be sent to a third party, this party will be informed of the deletion of data in my possession.

Information such as case notes are not stored in electronic format.  You have the right to access your data and supplementary information at any time and it will be provided in hard copy or electronic (pdf) format. In such requests the identity of the person asking for data will be verified.

At any time you have the right to have any incomplete or inaccurate information rectified, including providing the amended information to any third party that you have requested information be forwarded too.

You have the right to restrict further processing of data at any time.
In the event that your information has been accessed inappropriately you will be notified of this, alongside the appropriate governing body.
